Shana will create and shoot your project herself on a smaller budget, and, for businesses with larger budgets, she partners with credited Industry professionals.

How long will my video be?

That depends on a few factors: The vision for your film, the number of locations and your budget. Shana’s objective is to make you an inspiring, budget-friendly brand film.

What methods of payment do you accept?

E-transfer and credit cards are accepted through Stripe. Due to Stripe’s fees, a %3.3 charge is included in your fee if you pay by credit card.

What if I need to Reschedule?

You’ll discuss this in pre-production and select locations carefully. Outdoor shoots are weather-dependent and can be rescheduled within one week of the original date.

How long do we shoot for on the day?

It depends on your video! Most videos are completed in 1-2 days.

What if I’m not good on camera?

Apprehensive clients turn out to enjoy filming and are happy with the result. Share your concerns on the free call to determine what’s best for you.

What is your refund policy?

Shana offers a high-quality experience and aims to ensure satisfaction. She doesn’t offer refunds because she works hard to meet her client’s needs. Learn more here: Terms of Service.
