Todays Spiritual Tip: Healing Through High Vibe Foods

High Vibe Foods That Facilitate Healing

From Shana Lee: I sat down with a client I’ll call ‘June’. June was having trouble sleeping and staying motivated despite her incredible dedication and will power. I immediately saw an energy deficit within her aura. Her colours were dull and her aura had what looked like ‘holes’ in places. I saw that she was eating a lot of sugar due to a hormone imbalance. June said she’d been investigating this herself and reading up on it, however she hadn’t taken action to see a doctor or naturopath. Our session provided the confirmation she needed to help herself by getting help. Don’t ignore your intuition and don’t try to go it alone! Reading books is helpful and yet you may need more support from a professional to start feeling better.

Your taste buds are changing. Do you feel grumpy? Is your skin breaking out? Are you sluggish? In the past you may have rejected new and unusual foods, but now you are opening up. A part of you fears change and what you may have to give up. There’s no more holding back – it’s time for the new. Those Cheetos, diet sodas or cookies you love might need to be shelved as you shift into a healthier diet. The more you work with your intuition and chakras, you’ll find yourself choosing a greater variety of high vibe foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Don’t be surprised if what you loved yesterday no longer appeals to you. Your body will reward you with more energy and clearer skin. Don’t worry, you’ll find delicious alternatives. Find a cookbook you love. Experiment. Make something colourful and new. Take note of how food affects your moods based on what you eat. Be good to yourself as you experiment and find what’s best for you.
