Welcome to today’s blog! Today we will be attending to the next petal in the Larynx (Throat) Chakra, LIFE BALANCE. Life balance is the fifth petal in the chakra wheel to be grown through spiritual exercises correctly. LIFE BALANCE comes after building ACTIONS, IDEAS, DECISIONS and SPEECH correctly through the exercises provided in the previous 4 blogs. We are proceeding with a clockwise movement originating at the top centre to complete the circle. If you have not read the first blog on ideas, the second on decisions, the third on speech, the fourth on actions, do so before continuing in this series. It is critical to follow the protocols in sequence to aid in the spiritual growth of the larnyx-throat chakra in a healthy way.

To recap what we have learned so far in the development of the Larynx-Throat Chakra, firstly we examined ideas. We examined the importance of forming ideas correctly, or more specific, based on real conscious facts examined through our sensing world. Secondly, we proceeded to decisions. We learned the importance of well-reasoned deliberation and restraint when making a decision. No small feat! The coined term “when in doubt, don’t” is accurate beyond description. Because you started with the first and second petal making sound decisions will start to become the right ones. Thirdly, we then proceeded to speech. We looked at the fact that every word we utter should have substance and meaning. A true challenge for most of us! The coined term “only do what you SAY you are going to do”, nothing else. When we develop this skill we will always think before making a decision and only share with others after there is no doubt about the decision, no turning back! Fourthly, we next proceeded to actions. We learned how actions should be executed, by basing our actions in such a manner that we manage our affairs so that they fit both with the affairs of others and with events around us.

Today we will endeavour to understand the fifth petal, life balance. At this point, the fifth soul process comes under consideration, specifically the arrangement and organization of our life as a whole. The key here is to strive to live in harmony with both nature and spirit. Setting the proper pace when we go about our activities is important. Do not be overhasty, nor slow and lazy. Being hyperactive or lazy should be alien to you. Two important considerations, or better yet, protocols that need attention and carried out in our daily routine are to take care of our health and regulate our habits so that a harmonious life ensues as a consequence. Setting a rhythm and pace will put harmonious meaning into the actions you perform. Balancing our daily life in this new better way will stamp a difference into the greater ideals and obligations of humanity. You WILL be making an everlasting impression, not just a temporal impression We should view life as a way of working and arrange it accordingly. Every action or deed will have meaning to ourself and the outer world, however large or small. Trust me! Set a healthy and harmonious pace, allow them to develop into healthy habits, then when we proceed out into the world on a daily basis, we will begin to stamp a difference in our community. Let’s go about our activities with life balance. Like a ship moving across the vast oceans, through calm and heavy seas, steady, not fast or slow. With YOU directing the rudder of your life at a steady pace, no one else.

Next blog in will proceed to the next petal in the larynx-throat chakra, BALANCED DUTIES.

Until then,
