Suicide is a tragic and unexplainable way to lose a loved one or close friend. It can leave the family with so many questions, fear, blame, and anger. Many people blame themselves for not being there for the person and saving them in their moment of need. It’s a downward spiral for everyone involved as the family tries to put the pieces together and understand what provoked them to commit suicide.

In today’s world, there are many books and self help seminars to get us on track, but nothing beats common sense and inner wisdom grown from rich life experiences such as Master Paramahansa Yogananda’s wisdom written here:
